Shipping Policy
Same-Day Dispatch: Orders placed before 12:00 PM Sydney time (AEST/AEDT) on business days are dispatched the same day. Orders received after 12:00 PM, or on weekends and public holidays, will be dispatched the next business day.
Shipping Rates:
- Free Standard Shipping on orders over $50 AUD (excludes bulky items)
- Express Shipping — $12.00 AUD (excludes bulky items)
- Standard shipping rates of $10.00 AUD apply to orders under $50 AUD and will be calculated at checkout based on your delivery address
Bulky items are excluded from the free shipping offer. Applicable shipping costs for bulky items will be shown at checkout.
Delivery Timeframes: Delivery times vary depending on your location within Australia. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
International Shipping: We currently do not ship to international destinations. Delivery times and costs vary by location. Please contact us if you are located internationally and would like a shipping quote. Please note that customs duties and import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Damaged or Lost Parcels: If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us at sales@d2donline.com.au so we can assist you. Damaged parcels must be reported within 7 days from receipt.
