MIOPS Smart+ Camera Trigger

Take creative control of lightning, high-speed, long-exposure and timelapse photography with the MIOPS Smart+. Built-in light, sound and laser sensors help you capture events that are difficult to time manually. Operate the trigger on its own or control it through the MIOPS MOBILE smartphone app.

Sensor-triggered photography

• Lightning: Detect lightning with the internal light sensor and adjustable sensitivity.
• Sound: Trigger on loud events such as popping balloons or shattering glass.
• Laser: Trigger when a laser beam is interrupted, for wildlife, falling objects and other high-speed subjects.

Remote shutter and long-exposure control

Remote cable-release and self-timer modes let you release the shutter without touching the camera. Long-exposure options include Press & Hold, Press & Lock, Timed Release, and Timed Release with Self Timer.

Timelapse and HDR modes

• Basic Timelapse: Set the interval and frame count for a sequence with consistent exposure settings.
• Long Exposure Timelapse: Set exposure, intervals and frame count for night scenes, star trails and light trails.
• Bulb Ramping Timelapse: Gradually adjust exposure through changing light conditions.
• Stormlapse: Combine lightning detection with timelapse capture.
• Roadlapse: Use your smartphone GPS to capture at distance intervals.
• HDR: Automate exposure bracketing with up to seven frames from 1/30 to 30 seconds.
• HDR Timelapse: Combine bracketed exposures with timelapse sequences.
• Timewarper: Vary the interval between frames for creative control over the pace of your timelapse.

Flexible operation

A replaceable, rechargeable battery offers up to 96 hours of use per charge according to MIOPS. Use Smart+ independently or with a smartphone, and swap the camera connection cable when changing compatible cameras.
